With twenty years of experience in the training and development field, Debra Gould continues to mesmerize and motivate audiences with her charismatic style, insights, and positive attitude.
Debra began her career in Accounting at the District Attorney's Office in New Orleans. Since then, she has worked with the Regional Transit Authority, the Department of Energy, Strategic Petroleum Reserve with several prime contractors such as Parson-Gilbane, Boeing Petroleum Services, and Dyn McDermott Petroleum Operations.
She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Southern University at New Orleans, and she received a Master of Science degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
Gould is a member of the National Speakers Association, the American Society for Training & Development, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, the American Association of University Women, the Society for Human Resource Management and National Association of Female Executives.
